Your enquiry and your images

Your name, email address, the type of enquiry, your written brief and any optional details you add (such as size, timing, budget, a referenced artwork, or a town and wall size for murals). If you ask for a reply on Instagram, your Instagram handle.

Any reference images you choose to add. Before upload, your browser makes a copy of each image and removes its hidden metadata, including camera location.

To stop spam, a one-way scrambled version of your internet address is kept with the upload record. It can't be turned back into your address.

Only to read and reply to your enquiry. Your details are not added to a mailing list, and sending an enquiry doesn't give permission to publish your reference images or share them with anyone.

Your enquiry is delivered by email to Aleyyah through Lovable's email service. It then stays in Aleyyah's inbox as ordinary correspondence.

Reference images are stored privately with Lovable Cloud (Supabase). They are not public: Aleyyah reaches them through a private link in her email, which creates short-lived access each time it's opened.

Reference images are deleted automatically 90 days after your enquiry is sent. Images from forms that were never sent are removed after about a day.

The website doesn't keep a copy of your name, email address or brief in its own records.

After you send an enquiry, your browser keeps a summary of it in that tab so the thank-you page can show you what was sent. It stays on your device and isn't sent anywhere else.

If you choose to message Aleyyah on Instagram or TikTok, or email her directly, that conversation is handled by those services under their own terms.

You don't need to add images to send an enquiry. To have your reference images deleted sooner, or to ask what is held about your enquiry, email Aleyyah with your enquiry reference.
